Aware Of New Online Services Offered By DCRA?

It is a new year and the District’s Department of Consumer and Regulatory Affairs (“DCRA”) is offering new online services. As part of its “Safe & Simple initiative”, DCRA is offering three new services through its Property & Permit Center Portal:

DCRA Dashboard is a new online tool that geographically displays DCRA permits, business and professional licenses, enforcement and inspection data.

DCRA Data Connect is an open data source database that allows users to search for issued building permits, illegal construction complaints and related inspections, and a list of the vacant and blighted properties for calendar year 2017.

Permit Application Q- Tracker will allow DC property owners to track their permit applications and view their placement in queue for each review associated with the permit application.

These online services can be found on DCRA’s website
