Ms. Lindner, the founder and sole shareholder of Lindner and Associates, P.C., has maintained an active practice in the Washington metropolitan area for more than twenty years. Having engaged in numerous professional activities, Ms. Lindner was only the eighth member of the District of Columbia Bar to achieve LEEDTM Accredited Professional status (LEED AP). As a LEED AP, she is authorized to participate in the design, construction and operation of environmentally sustainable buildings.

Additionally, Ms. Lindner is a former chair of the District of Columbia Bar Real Property Transactions Committee, is a frequent speaker on transactional real estate and business issues, and has taught sections of the mandatory continuing education to local realtors. Ms. Lindner has also served as Chief Justice of the American Bar Association's Moot Court Competition and has been a guest lecturer at several universities.

Recognized by her peers as an attorney having the highest competence and ethics, Ms. Lindner holds a Preeminent Rating with Martindale-Hubbell, the national attorney rating service and for more than a decade has been listed as a "Best Lawyer" for Real Estate Law by Best Lawyers in America.  Ms. Lindner was once again elected by The Washington Post's attorney peer review as one of Washington's top attorneys for 2023 and has been selected as one of Washington DC's Women Leaders in the Law.  In addition, she has been selected as one of Maryland's Top 100 Women.

Ms. Lindner is also generous in the giving of her time and support to the community, serving on the Board of Directors of a number of non-profit organizations and as President Emeritus of the National Children's Center, Inc. ("NCC"). NCC, with an annual budget in excess of $28 million, and over 450 employees, provides services to individuals with developmental disabilities.
